HOW IT WORKS
1. You drop off or we pick up your equipment.
2. We perform a free diagnostic.
3. We call you with an exact quote once we determine the exact problem / parts needed and get your approval prior to any work being done.
4. You pay in full once the original work order has been completed.
5. If you decide that this is not what you need, then we’ll charge you a small fee for the time spent evaluating your equipment ($30).
TURNAROUND TIME
- Software-related services = 2-3 business days
- Desktop & laptop repair = 3-5 business days
- On-site = Usually same or next day
